- BANNER AD ON THE WEBSITE
A banner ad on the HR Houston web site is an excellent way to maintain top-market awareness with your targeted audience of local HR professionals and leaders. All online banners include a link to your web site, appear in the page headings and rotate throughout the site continuously. In addition, your organization will be featured on our Advertisers Page.
Price: $1,500.00 Annually
Deadline: First of the month. Banner ads are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
Art Format: Artwork must be web-ready JPG, TIF, or EPS file. All banner advertisements must be submitted in electronic format.
Production Specifications: Banner size 170 pixels (WIDTH) x 115 pixels (HEIGHT).
Also Include in Your Electronic Submission: Organization Name, Contact Phone Number, Brief 65-word description of your organization and/or your services, and URL address.

- GULF COAST SYMPOSIUM TRADE SHOW
The Gulf Coast Symposium will be returning to NRG Center (formerly Reliant Center) for its annual conference on May 10-12, 2017, with an anticipated attendance of over 1,400 HR professionals. This popular conference offers over 175+ concurrent sessions, 200-exhibit tradeshow and lots of chances for you to meet new customers, connect with your current customers, and support the profession.
Many great sponsorships are available and range from $10,000 - $3,500. Email messages are on first-come, first-serve basis; subject to blackout periods. HR Houston will make every effort to send the message on the date that you have selected but no later than three (3) days from the date selected, assuming space is available; any variation from this will require your approval.
Format: Plain text, links, graphics or HTML formatting can be included in the message.

WEBINAR HOST SPONSOR
This is typically a one-hour presentation using an online technology service provider to link attendees by phone and internet. Webinars are free to HR Houston Members and considered a membership benefit. HR Houston will promote the event, submit to HRCI for recertification credits, handle registration and communication with attendees. The Webinar Host provides the speaker, topic and PowerPoint presentation (to be approved by HR Houston 6 weeks prior to scheduled showing). Webinars are conducted on Thursdays and dates are available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
