What to Expect When You’re Expecting… An OFCCP Audit*

On February 1st, the U.S. Department of Labor’s OFCCP mailed out approximately 1,000 letters to contractors and subcontractors across the country to let them know that they have been selected for audit by the watchdog agency.  The Agency has forecasted that it will begin sending scheduling letters to initiate these new audits as early as March 19th.  Under this timetable, new audits may be due as early as April 19th.  To ensure your organization is prepared, it is essential to use this preparation time wisely. Join us for a 90 minute webinar where we will provide practical advice on how to determine whether you may have been selected for review and how to prepare for an OFCCP audit.

*Submitted to SHRM for 1.5 Professional Development Credits (PDCs) towards the SHRM-CP and SHRM-SCP and to HR Certification Institute for 1.5 HR (General credit) towards PHR and SPHR recertification requirements.

The chapter is recognized by SHRM as a Preferred Provider and all sessions so identified offer PDCs towards the SHRM-CP and SHRM-SCP. The chapter has also been designated as a provider of HRCI-approved recertification credit. All sessions so identified may be used to meet HRCI recertification requirements.
