FAX / MAIL REGISTRATION

For attendees that require fax and/or mail registration, we have made a PDF form available for you to download, CLICK HERE. To prevent unnecessary delay in processing, please make sure to complete the entire form. All checks should be made out to "HR Houston" and mailed to: HR Houston, P.O. Box 4240, Houston, TX 77210-4240.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Please allow 5-7 business days for processing faxed registration forms; and 1-2 weeks for processing mailed registration forms. For IMMEDIATE PROCESSING, the preferred method is to register online through your member type above.

CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS & TRANSFERS
Cancellations must be received in writing and sent by email to info@hrhouston.org. Written cancellations received prior to March 17, 2017 will receive a full refund minus a $75.00 administration fee. Written cancellations received after March 17, 2017 are non-refundable.

Transfers must be made before Friday, May 5, 2017 by completing the online form. (TRANSFER FORM) Requests after May 5, 2017 must be made onsite at the Attendee Registration counter and will incur a $75.00 administration fee. IMPORTANT NOTE: Transfers may also be responsible for any additional fees due to differences in the member type, e.g., transferring a member registration to a non-member registration. FULL CONFERENCE REGISTRATIONS MAY NOT BE SPLIT BETWEEN INDIVIDUALS.
