9:00 am-4:00 pm
In most organizations, it falls to the HR function, along with the appropriate supervisors, managers and executives, to evaluate every employee complaint carefully—whether it is learned formally, informally, confidentially or via the rumor mill—to minimize the possibility of legal, financial and reputational consequences. While some organizations will automatically turn to their legal counsel or a third party consultant to conduct an investigation, in many situations, the HR department will manage, or at least be involved with, all complaints except those made against HR.
Don’t miss this chance to learn from DeDe Church, an employee relations expert and renowned workplace investigator, in a 1-day workshop that will walk you through each step of investigating an employee complaint.
Attend the workshop and earn 6 Professional Development Credits (PDCs) towards the SHRM-CP and SHRM SCP and 6 hours of HR (General) credit towards PHR and SPHR recertification requirements.

Pre-registration and pre-payment by 9:00 AM THE DAY BEFORE THE MEETING is required; we are unable to accommodate late registrations/walk-ins.
