Registration includes appetizers and 2 beverage tickets. PRE-REGISTRATION AND PRE-PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD IS ENCOURAGED; we're unable to guarantee that space will be available for walk-ins (those without a reservation).
Cancellations may be made with a full refund by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org by 12:00 pm on Friday, October 20, 2017. Individuals who register and neither cancel by 12:00 pm on Friday, October 20 nor attend are not eligible for refund or rescheduling. Substitutions may be made at any time; however, substitutions may incur an additional fee due to differences in the member type, e.g., substituting a non-member for a member registration.
Registered attendees will receive an email confirmation with driving directions the morning of the event.
