HR METRICS: HOW TO EDUCATE, FACILITATE AND MOTIVATE*

One of the greatest challenges organizations face is maintaining a common business focus on improving results across all functional areas and levels, as well as communicating these said results to all involved.  This interactive session outlines the process for developing, tracking, communicating and presenting workgroup specific, measurable business goals.  This workshop will provide specific, measurable, attainable, relevant and timely methods for tracking and communicating business results for HR.  


Attend this seminar and learn to:

  • Drive key business objectives from top-level management throughout the HR function
  • Develop, track, and implement key business objectives for HR
  • Use business scorecards to drive accountability processes to generate results
  • Move employees from selective engagement to collective accountability
  • Create Scorecards that Educate, Facilitate, and Motivate
  • Build metrics and real time feedback and roundtable discussions and HR scorecard analysis
Credit Hours

*The workshop offers 6.5 PDCs for the SHRM-CP and SHRM-SCP, 6.5 hours of Business (Strategic) credit towards SPHR, and 6.5 hours of HR (General) credit towards PHR recertification requirements.

Cancellations may be made with a full refund up to 5 business days prior to the workshop.  Individuals who register and neither cancel nor attend are not eligible for refund or rescheduling.  Substitutions may be made at any time; however, substitutions may incur an additional fee due to differences in the member type, e.g., substituting a non-member for a member registration.
