MORNING PROGRAM 1: Problematic Pay Practices: Steering Clear of the DOL and Greedy Lawyers*

In this session, we will identify the troublesome and tricky pay practices that often get the attention of the Department of Labor and can subject your organization to significant liability. We will walk through these pay practices and study the ways you can tweak them to reduce the chances of exposing your organization to liability and minimizing the likelihood of litigation and DOL investigations.
