This session will help employers navigate the minefield of government investigations. Pamela will explain the processes used by the EEOC, DOL, and OSHA, and provide employers with guidance about preparing for investigations, including an understanding of how much (or little) information to share. Finally, the session will provide practical advice to help employers prepare and manage the on-site interview process.
