WEBINAR: Living under the H-1b cap: Alternative visa options and strategies for employing foreign nationals in the u.s. *

This webinar will provide alternatives to the H-1B visa category including factors to consider when hiring foreign nationals and for developing a sound immigration strategy. 


DOROTHEE B. MITCHELL is a partner at Foster LLP in their Austin office. She works primarily with immigration law in relation to energy, education, and the IT industry, with a focus on European and German corporations and German-speaking clients. Dorothee graduated from Universit├Ąt Trier with an undergraduate degree from Friedrich Alexander Universit├Ąt. Dorothee is licensed to practice in the State of California and Germany, and is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and the German American Lawyers Association (GALA). 

SANG SHIN is an attorney at Foster LLP in their Houston office. Recognized as a Top Lawyer in Immigration Law by Houstonia Magazine,  Sang works with employment-based and investment-related clientele whether they be multinational global corporations, midsize businesses, international companies entering the US for the first time, or investors. Sang graduated from Charlotte School of Law and received his undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Sang is an active member of the community, participating in organizations such as the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), the United Way, and the Asian American Bar Association (AABA) of Houston. Sang is licensed to practice in the State of Texas.
