Calling all leaders of change efforts. Why are only a quarter of all change management efforts successful? Is it our strategies and processes? Or is it how well people understood the issues, agreed with decisions, and ultimately felt inspired? Both? There is no shortage of change on the horizon, and leadership alignment to navigate is a significant ingredient to successful transformation. When we are aligned together, great things happen. When alignment falls short, change efforts fail, people feel disgruntled, and talent leaves (or burns out and stays, which becomes a potentially larger burden). Transformational change through leadership alignment catalyzes our organizations in not only surviving transitions but using change opportunities to transform into something even better than before. So, how do we achieve alignment to truly transform? 
 
This experiential workshop led by industry experts, Laurie Hall, Owner of New Horizon Strategies, LLC and Kelly Baughman, Principal of Planning Design Research (PDR) will facilitate participants through the distinguishing concepts of leadership alignment for transformational change in a highly participatory format. Come prepared to explore what it takes, and discover what might be holding you back from achieving Transformational Change with your teams. Are you ready?

Credit Hours

*The workshop offers 6 PDCs for the SHRM-CP and SHRM-SCP and 6 hours of Business credit towards PHR and SPHR recertification requirements.

KELLY BAUGHMAN is a Cultural Transformation and Business Transition Specialist with PDR. For over two decades she has devoted study to the needs of organizations with a focus on the current and desired values of an organization to understand their transformation journey. Kelly is certified in Prosci’s Change Management methodology and a certified practitioner of the Barrett Values Center Transformation Tools. She has developed and supported successful Transformation Programs for projects both domestically and abroad. As the mother of two adult children, one on the Autism Spectrum, she is passionate about every individual reaching the highest and best potential.
