Session 2: Change is Good. YOU Go First!

Presented by Karen McCullough, Keynote Speaker

If your world seems a little upside down, you are not alone. Constant change has always been present in our workplace, but today's rapid and volatile shifts in how we do business have left many feeling overwhelmed. Change has arrived, and it's here to stay. Now is the time to stop and take a pause, develop a new mindset, add a few new behaviors, and discover the power of your personal resilience. This virtual program is highly interactive, great fun, and delivers loads of insights that you’ll find personally rewarding that can also enhance your organization, your department, or your team! Karen McCullough has been sharing her perspective on change to audiences across the country for the last 20 years. This session will keep you engaged, informed, and inspired, all while having a little fun!

Before KAREN McCULLOUGH became a keynote speaker, she worked for one of the world’s most famous fashion brands, Ralph Lauren. That was where she learned the power of branding. She took what she learned there and opened her own retail store in Houston. That one store grew to a 4-store operation. Yes, Karen and her team were great at branding, and they were also great at understanding and serving their customers. They took pride in creating a store culture that fostered excellence and engagement —and they had a lot of fun! In 2000, Karen left retail to become a conference keynote speaker. She took what she’d learned in retail and created keynotes that deliver excellence and a WOW experience to hundreds of audiences across the country!
