LYNN COWART’s career has included working with leaders in diverse industries supporting their strategic goals in talent management, learning and development and diversity and inclusion. Her experience has propelled her client organizations to achieve long term success through her work with GE, Lockheed Martin, CSI, PRISM International and Talent Dimensions. She co-authored the book, Up is Not the Only Way with Bev Kaye and Lindy Williams. In her role as COO for Talent Dimensions, Lynn is responsible for global delivery, solutions development, along with ensuring strategic operational excellence for Talent Dimensions as well as its client base.
