Avanoo CEO Daniel Jacobs will demonstrate how stories are the key that unlocks your employees’ performance so they can drive better outcomes for your business. You’ll learn about the neuro-, data- and behavior sciences that explain how stories shape the beliefs, feelings and thoughts that ultimately determine how we act. And you’ll experience first-hand the power of stories to reinforce the interpersonal skills each of us needs to be a more successful teammate and leader.

*The meeting offers 1.25 PDC for the SHRM-CP and SHRM-SCP, and 1.25 hour of Business credit towards PHR and SPHR recertification requirements.


DANIEL JACOBS is a husband, father, inventor, and storyteller. Daniel has spent 17 years building philanthropic organizations that have touched millions of lives. A storyteller at heart, Daniel believes that "who we are and what we stand for are the essential ingredients that inform the impact we make." In addition to Daniel's work building organizations that matter, Daniel gives keynotes on culture and storytelling around the world. Before Avanoo, he was a multiple-time national champion wrestler, a prolific writer, and a seeker of meaning. He attended Williams College with his Avanoo co-founder, Prosper, where he graduated with a degree in Leadership.
