PERSHAMA DAILEY, President of Paven Management Services, is an organizational development practitioner and consultant with over 25 years of corporate and nonprofit support experience. She has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to training and development, organizational development, change management, group facilitation, personal and professional development. She works with individuals and organizations to enhance their leadership, training and development and organizational goals. Pershama holds a certificate in coaching in Personal Development from Coaching and Positive Psychology Institute (CaPP) and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Development from the University of the Incarnate Word.
