She brings over 25 years of Human Resource Management and Training & Development experience and over 10 years Change Management/Change Leadership Experience. She speaks at various conferences and events and is a previous speaker at the HR Gulf Coast Symposium. She coaches, trains and consults with executives, leaders and HR professionals and has won the Austin and Houston eWomen ‘Speaker Challenge’.
